Legal Basis
Slotcoordination and Slot monitoring are governed both by national as well as by European and international rules and regulations. To be named are the European Slot Regulation (Council Regulation (EEC) No. 95/93) and the Worldwide Airport Slot Guidelines (WASG). In addition, in case of FLUKO GmbH, the general (national) administrative laws are applicable, such as the Administrative Costs Act (Verwaltungskostengesetz) and the Administrative Procedure Act (Verwaltungsverfahrensgesetz).
